backyard plant tour

I love my backyard. We are surrounded by plants and it feels like a miniature jungle. Bright greens and yellows, deep reds and oranges and soft purples and pinks. It's our own tropical oasis, full of edible goodies.

Evan has done an amazing job landscaping our backyard area. You may remember {my post} about our cheap and easy way to create your own tropical paradise? We've taken clippings and accepted gifted flora to help enhance our productivity in growing our own food (and creating a lush, green ambiance in the process). Here's a little sample of what you can find in our little jungle valley home:
